Knowing whether a resource is available or needs remaining work

remaining work and occupancy rate are the two components of scheduling .

The notion of occupancy rate is displayed via a color code and the notion of representation is displayed according to a font style on the cells for a period (day, week, month). 👇

	Green	The resource is very well planned: the sum of remaining work and completed corresponds to capacity (occupancy rate = 1).
	Light green	The resource is moderately planned: the sum of remaining work and completed is less than capacity (0.67 > occupancy rate > 0.99).
	Light blue	The resource is moderately planned: the sum of remaining work and completed is less than capacity (0.34 > occupancy rate > 0.66).
	Blue	The resource is poorly planned: the sum of remaining work and completed is less than capacity (0.01 > occupancy rate > 0.33).
	Red	The resource is planned beyond its capacity : the sum of remaining work and completed is greater than capacity. The resource is completely unavailable for the selected granularity (occupancy rate > 1).
	warning overtaking	If a resource is overloaded on one day, and there is still availability left over a week or a month, then the cell will no longer be displayed in red, but with one corner of the cell colored red. This makes it possible to distinguish between a full occupancy rate over the month and an occupancy rate exceeded at a finer mesh size. Occupancy rate for week or month: OK // Occupancy rate for week or day: >1
	White	When no scheduling has been entered
	Grey	When the dates do not correspond to the duration of the phase (before the start of the phase or after the end of the phase) or when the days are not worked for the resource

At scheduling remaining work , the assignments concerned all have remaining work detailed (day/week/month).

This remaining work may have been smoothed automatically, but can also be modified manually on a period.

When hovering over the cells, the occupancy level of the resource is indicated for the day, week or month on plan , as well as completed.
