remaining work can be planned in different ways.
We're going to focus on the remaining work global remaining work .
It is also possible to modify the remaining work manually for certain periods.
It's possible to filter resources to see only the ones you want! All you have to do is select the criteria you want to use, or use the filters you've already saved.
By default, no criteria are applied. It will therefore be possible to see, for example, resources that are no longer active.
Via a project
- Access a project.
- Go to screen

Register.
The remaining work will be automatically smoothed over the rest of the period, with the exception of :
- days with completed
- days with detailed manual remaining work
- days not worked in the resource calendar

Tip: it is possible to reset the global remaining work for a resource on a project. All its scheduling on its phase will then be deleted. To do this: click on the
contextual menu of a resource on a project, then on Reset remaining work global. The remaining work of the resource will then fall to
0

Capacity Plan.
- Modify capacity plan display criteria (resources, projects, period, assignments with or without remaining work and completed).
- Click on View.
- Unfold resources, projects and phases as required.
