- Choose a
second grouping level
. Data can therefore be cross-referenced between two different databases. This option is not available when the first grouping by total sum is completed. - Choose which projects to query.
- Select only the desired budgets/resources/indicators.
- Select the period you are interested in.
- Click on Run or Export to Excel.
Please note that if there is a structure link on several hierarchical levels, the total will be incorrect, as the data will be counted several times. This is the case if projects, resources, budgets or indicators are multi-linked.

The data you have queried is displayed at the bottom of the screen or in an Excel export.
