Querying my data

  1. Go to theme ReportsReports.
  2. Click on DatatalkDatatalk.
  3. Choose a themetheme among: 
    • Resources, 
    • Budgets,
    • Indicators.
  4. Choose the Report typeReport type :
    • see a Summary (sum),
    • see a Evolution over time.
  5. Select one or more representations to query:
    • estimatedestimated
    • completedcompleted
    • completed cumulatedcompleted cumulated
    • targettarget
    • plannedplanned
    • remaining workremaining work
    • …
  6. Choose a grouping :
    • Visit total amount will only display a sum of the selected representations.
    • By property or attribute indicator the total amount will be displayed, along with details by parameter.
    • By indicator hierarchy level Select the structure you are interested in, and the sum of representations will be displayed by structure.

      Please note that if there is a structure link on several hierarchical levels, the total will be incorrect, as the data will be counted several times. This is the case if projects, resources, budgets or indicators are multi-linked. This can happen if you choose a Datatalk - ‣ Datatalk - ‣ by hierarchical level and elements are linked to several levels HierarchiesHierarchies

    • By property or project attribute the total amount will be displayed, along with details for each project.
    • By project hierarchy level Select the structure you are interested in, and the sum of representations will be displayed by structure.
    • By phase the total amount will be displayed, along with a breakdown by phase.
  7. Optional: Add columns to be displayed, i.e. properties and attributes. This option is only available if the grouping (resource, budget, indicator or project) is done by label.
  8. Choose a 2nd grouping level2nd grouping level. Data can therefore be cross-referenced between two different databases. This option is not available when the first grouping by total sum is completed.
  9. Choose which projects to query.
  10. Select only the desired budgets/resources/indicators.
  11. Select the periodperiod you're interested in.
  12. Click on Run or Export to Excel.
