This button allows the manager or resource manager to reject an activity sheet at status Submitted.
The timesheet status (top left) changes from Submitted à Refused.
This action is possible for activity entry sheets for resources attached to the same structure level as the manager.
A window appears: an e-mail must be sent to the resource to notify them of any changes made to the activity entry sheet. If the resource modifies its activity entry sheet again, it will return to status Draft.
It is possible to check/uncheck notes entered on days and phases to help the resource know which entries need to be modified.
