In order to create and launch a snapshot, a perimeter must first be created.
This screen allows you to view the number of elements in the snapshot (number of projects) and to include/exclude them via public and private project filters.
Items can be added to or removed from the snapshot.
This feature allows you to take a snapshot of 
Project Monitor with a precise perimeter.
