Project information can be found in several places within a project:
The forms
Forms are used to update project data.
Each form contains attributes of different types (list, Boolean, rich field, multi-line...).
Each attribute is therefore data to be updated.
- In the project area, access the themeÂ
Project forms.
- Click on the form to be updated; by default, the first in the list will be displayed.
- Depending on the field to be updated, enter the expected data format for each attribute requiring modification.
- Click onÂ
Register to save changes
To change the order in which forms are displayed, go to :Â
Project settings
 > Display
), then change the order.Attribute values appear in the form.
General information
- In the project area, access the themeÂ
Setting.
- Go to tab
Settings - General tab
- Enter new dataproject manager, dates, status...) :
- To validate your entry, click on
Register.
This tab is always displayed by default.
If the property is historicized status...) then the data is periodic and valid only for the period displayed. To modify data for a previous period , click on the contextual menu at the top of the screen, then onÂ

If the property is not historicized (description, logo...) then the data is aperiodic and the new entry will "overwrite" the previous one.As soon as new data is entered, the registration tick turns pink.
As soon as registration completed, data is updated in all project screens.
