Create a slideshow template

In the Project MonitorTemplates save time and improve consistency by applying a common structure, so that only relevant information is retrieved. There are several ways to carry out project reviews in Project MonitorSlideshows have the advantage of being visual, practical and feature-rich. You can create as many slideshow templates as you like: for arbitration committees, classic project reviews, strategic project reviews...

1. Click on the Main menuthen on Administration.
2. In the Model settingsclick on Slideshow templates.
3. Click on Add.
4. Complete the properties of the slideshow template.
5. Optional: attach model to one or more hierarchies.
6. Choose the form that each project slide in the slideshow will take.

7. Choose one or more exchange types to be added to each project slide, and the maximum number to be displayed (from 1 to 10).

8. Choose one or more task types to be added to each project slide, and the maximum number to be displayed (from 1 to 10).

9. Choose anexchange type to create the project review slideshow report.

10. Optional: choose breaks and sorts according to hierarchical levels, properties or project attributes. This is how projects will be sorted in the project review. You can still go directly from one project to another manually, in the order of your choice.
11. Click on Register.

The portfolio slideshow template has been created! Now all you have to do is set it up as a slideshow template for each portfolio concerned.
