The data collection area allows you to enter all the information required for your campaigns in one place.
When you are assigned to a campaign, Project Monitor It centralizes the attributes that need to be updated for the projects you manage, allowing you to enter them quickly without having to switch between projects.

Consultation of a project to which the user is assigned
Updating attributes in the project
Being designated as a role in the campaign gives you access to the data entry area.
Go to the drop-off area
There are several ways to access the drop-off area:
From the toolbar
An icon Drop-off area is located at the top right of the screen, next to notifications and favourites. A counter displays the number of pending entries.
- Click on the
Drop-off area.
- In the You have been assigned to a collectionclick on Start typing.

Since a notification
Depending on your notification settings, you may receive an email or a notification in the notification center. Manage my notifications
When you receive the email notifying you of a new campaign, click on Go to the entry form takes you directly to the drop-off area.
Clicking on the assignment notification in the notification center also opens the collection area.

If you’ve only created the campaign, you won’t necessarily have access to the data collection area. It depends on the roles you have in your projects.
Navigate the collection area
When you open the app, you'll see the screen Task to be performed, which lists all the projects for which you have something to complete.
Filter entries
There are three tabs that let you filter the list:
All projects to be completed. The total number of projects is shown in parentheses.
Search for a project
The button Search the list, in the upper right corner, allows you to quickly find a project by its name.
Understanding project maps
Each project to be completed is represented by a card that displays:
- the project icon and label,
- the progress of the entry displayed as a progress bar and a counter (for example, 4/12),
- the number of days remaining until the end of the period .
- the status the seizure:
status | When it appears |
Don't miss out | No values have been entered for this project in this campaign |
In progress | Some of the required attributes have been entered |
late | The campaign end date has passed, and data entry is not complete |
Seized | All required attributes have been filled in |
The cards come from a mix of different campaigns. You may have multiple projects from the same campaign, or projects from different campaigns, grouped together in the same view. The idea is to give you a unified view of everything that’s required of you.
