Prerequisite: The phase or milestone to be deleted must not be linked to other data (resources, budget, etc.).
Rights required :
Removing a phase or milestone from a project schedule involves several steps:
- Go to theme
Planning of the project. - Click on the
contextual menu of the phase or milestone to be deleted.
- Click onÂ
Delete.
- Click on OK to continue.
Register the updated schedule.
A pop-up window appears, requesting confirmation of deletion.
The phase or milestone is deleted.
