List values are used by attributes in the application. You can add as many list values as you like.

On the other hand, it can happen that certain values are no longer used or become obsolete.

There are several possible scenarios:

1. My list value is used as a search criterion: the linked projectattribute is part of a project filter: it is possible to delete the value (pop-up). Managing obsolete list values - I want to delete list values

I want to delete list values

Prerequisite: values must not be used in a form project.

1. Click on Administration.
2. Click on Lists.
3. Click on the list of your choice.
4. Click on the contextual menu of a list item.
5. Click on Delete.

A confirmation window appears.

6. Click again on Delete.

I want to replace list values

This allows you to replace one list item with another from the same list. The replaced element will disappear directly from the list.

Go to the list in question :

1. Click on Administration.
2. Click on Lists.
3. Click on the list of your choice.
4. Click on the contextual menu.
5. Click on Replace with.
6. Select another item from the list to replace it. This item will then be replaced throughout the application.
7. Click on Register.
