subscription

Subscriptions are associated with a user and send information by e-mail at specific times, according to defined criteria (such as project filters). For example, the list of activity entries is sent each month.

You can also choose the frequency of e-mail alerts from 9 options, and activate or deactivate a subscription at any time.

Access to your account settings is subject to rights. You may not be able to perform this action.

Subscriptions are available for :

• warning on the timesheet,
• Automatic export and reporting,
• project history ,
• seizure monitoring ,
• Summary of tasks or planning...

Create a subscription

1. Go to Main menu.
2. Click on My account > My profile.
3. Click on Users - Subscriptions tab.

4. Click on Add.


Asubscription management pop-up appears.

5. Selectevent.
6. Select the frequency at which you wish to receive thesubscription.
7. Optional: Depending on the type of event, additional fields to be completed are displayed, such as a filter to be applied, a particular view , etc.
8. Click on Add.


The new subscription appears in your subscription list.

9. Click on Register.

Executesubscription

subscription can be run from the settings screen.

This allows you to have an e-mail sent immediately, either to check your subscription or to anticipate the next mailing.

1. Go to Main menu.
2. Click on My account > My profile.
3. Click on Users - Subscriptions tab.

4. Click on the contextual menu which is displayed when the mouse is hovered over thesubscription
5. In the contextual menu, click on Run now.

6. Click on Register.

Pausesubscription

You can pause one or more subscriptions for various reasons (absences, pending projects, etc.).

1. Go to Main menu.
2. Click on My account > My profile.
3. Click on Users - Subscriptions tab.

4. Click on the contextual menu which is displayed when the mouse hovers over thesubscription.
5. In the contextual menu, click on Disable.
6. Click on Register.

Deletesubscription

1. Go to Main menu.
2. Click on My account > My profile.
3. Click on Users - Subscriptions tab.

4. Click on the contextual menu which is displayed when the mouse hovers over thesubscription.
5. In the contextual menu, click on Delete.
6. Click on Register.
