There are several ways to create anexchange , either as a single project or as part of a multi-project project:
With anexchange template
- Go to the relevant project.
- Click on the theme
Exchanges. - Click on Add.
- Select anexchange template from the list.
- Enterexchange properties (subject, project,exchange type...).
- Enter members such as the sender (the user who created theexchange by default) or participants.
- Enter the message.
- Add additional fields if required.
Register, Share exchange by mail or Apply modifications made to theexchange.
At this stage, if no list is displayed, you either don't have a template or you don't have access to one.
The creation form is displayed with all the elements modelled by the template.
Theexchange is created and you are redirected to the exchange list.
No template
Without template , operation is the same, simply select No template.
As a result, only the elements required to create theexchange will be available in the 
Project Monitor.
