View project tasks

Whether in project or multi-project mode, the to-do list display can be managed via view.

There are two types of views in project mode:

You can choose which properties and attributes to display in the list.

There is no limit to the number of tasks displayed.

In table mode in the project space (Kanban)

Accéder au projet et au thème Tasks.
Sélectionner une vue de type Tableau Kanban (vue liste de projets avec option Affichage en cartes cochée).
Consulter la liste des tâches du projet.
Click on the name of a task to consult it.

💡

Good to know:

Table cards are compatible with drag-and-drop between columns (mouse cursor becomes a hand when hovered).
Moving a task from one column to another in this way has an impact on the status of task.
The person assigned can be edited in card mode, as can certain data (name, status, attributes, etc.).
Task statuses are displayed in the table columns (according to view settings).
Each card corresponds to a task and its content is controlled by view.

When filtering the task list on a phase, sub-phase tasks are also displayed.
Tasks can be filtered using task filters (public and private).
By default, tasks with a completed status de méta status are no longer displayed. However, if a "Completed" column has been set up in view, it will appear empty. This allows tasks to be dragged and dropped from a particular status to the completed status . Completed jobs can be displayed by ticking the status of the same name in the filter.
