View project tasks

Whether in project or multi-project mode, the task list display can be managed by a view. This allows you to select the properties and attributes to be displayed in the list.

There are two types of views in project mode:

  • In table mode in the project space (Kanban)
  • In list mode in the project area

These views can be created directly from the task list. ( view selection) or from AdministrationAdministration > Model settings > ViewsViews > List of tasksList of tasks or List of project tasksList of project tasks.

There is no limit to the number of tasks displayed.

In table mode in the project space (Kanban)

  1. Go to project and theme TasksTasks.
  2. Select a Kanban Board view view project listview with option Chart of card tasksChart of card tasks checked).
  3. View the list of project tasks.
  4. Click on the WordingWording a task to consult it.

💡
Good to know:
  • Table cards are compatible with drag-and-drop between columns (mouse cursor becomes a hand when hovered).
  • Moving a task from one column to another in this way affects the task's status .
  • The assigned person and certain data (label, status, attributes, etc.) can be edited in card mode.
  • Task statuses are displayed in the table columns (according to view settings).
  • Each card corresponds to a task, and its content is controlled by the view.
  • Vertical elevator for column navigation
  • When filtering the task list on a phase, sub-phase tasks are also displayed.
  • Tasks can be filtered using task filters (public and private).
  • By default, tasks with a completed meta status are no longer displayed. However, if a "Completed" column has been set up in the view, it will appear empty. This allows tasks to be dragged and dropped from a particular status to the completed status . You can display completed tasks by ticking the status of the same name in the filter.

In list mode in the project area

  1. Go to project and theme TasksTasks.
  2. Select a view from the list, using the view selector.
  3. View task list.
  4. Click on the task label (blue link) to view details.
