This process helps a PMO , over a period , that the activity entries in 
Project Monitor are complete and consistent. It helps identify records affected by data entry errors: missing workdays or days entered as 0, partially completed workdays, monthly hours that do not match the calendar, or entries made for non-working days such as weekends and holidays.
Example: Before a monthly workload review or capacity report, the process identifies resources with incomplete data, the missing volume, and the relevant dates, so that these details can be provided to the relevant parties before the metrics are released.
