Bulk modification of resources

batch edit is very useful in Project MonitorIt saves a considerable amount of time when a large number of resources are available on a platform.

batch edit resources can be used for several reasons:

• Modify resource category, profile or type,
• Manage activity percentages or costs,
• Manage resource attachments to hierarchies...

1. Click on the Main menu.
2. Click on Administration.
3. In the Measurement settings > Resource settingsclick on the map Resources.

The list of platform resources is displayed.

4. Select the relevant resources.

Click on the first box at top left to select all the resources displayed on the page).

5. Click on Modify en masse.
6. Select the elements to be modified.
7. Click on Register.
