Entering a descriptive label will make it easy to identify in the list of views.

Codes are generally entered in uppercase letters and with underscores (_). It is important to enter them because they can be helpful if an error occurs.

The order in which the view in the list of views on the Portfolios screen

Enter a label that is longer than the character limit for the Label field.

Enter additional information in this field to describe your view

The icon will appear when you select the view. You can upload an image file.

There are several options for managing the illustration:

Edit

Allows you to give more information to the icon.

Three fields can then be modified:

• Wording
• status
• Version

This view selected by default if this box is checked.

Select specific portfolio attributes and use drag-and-drop to arrange them in a certain order relative to one another.
