To create an indicator, first give it a parameter structure and a category.

Creating a parameter structure

1. Click on the Main menu.
2. Click on Administration.
3. Go to Measurement management > Indicator management.
4. Click on parameter structures.
5. Click on Add.
6. Enter structure information (name, code, description, etc.).
7. Select parameters for measurement behavior.
8. Choose the representations to be displayedtarget, completed, completed cumulated, differential between target and completed, expected evolution in the assignment screen...). Theindicator can have a reference (starting value of theindicator's evolution).
9. Click on Register.

Create a category

1. Click on the Main menu > Administration.
2. Go to Measurement management > Indicator management > Categories.
3. Click on Add.
4. Enter structure information (name, code, description, etc.).
5. Select the parameter structure concerned.
6. Check the summary category so that the indicators in this category can be identified in cockpits in the reports and details of a project or action.
7. Choose a default scheduling rule.
8. Choose threshold options for cockpits that alert you to indicator information in projects.
9. Click on Register.
