To benefit from the new automation functionalities, it is necessary to create a technical user with the role administrator. It is via this user that the automation functionalities can be executed, since he or she will be calling on webservices. Here's what to do if you don't have a technical user on your application:

- Create a user: fill in at least the mandatory information and check the boxes.

- Assign a general administrator role to this technical user.
- Click on
Register.
The aim is to have full platform rights in this administrator role , so that the technical user can run the automation functions.
Technical user management rules :
- It does not consume any licenses (the administrator license assigned to it will not be counted in license management).
- There can only be one technical user for processes on the platform. If you already have a user account enabling you to run a workflow, please remember to check that the box
User for processes is checked on this user.
- It is not possible to connect locally with a technical user.
- If there is no technical user for the processes on the platform, you will see a warning message on the list of automations and workflows (the latter also work thanks to this technical user).
