Project budget evolution screen

This screen displays the various theme budget representations in tabular and graphical form. The desired period interval can be displayed.

You can see the evolution of budgets according to one category of budget or another.

Button name	Description
Add a phase	Ce champ permet d'ajouter une phase : avec ou sans gabarit ➡️
Validate entry	This button validates the entry: it will no longer be possible to make modifications, either on this screen or on the Summary of the project A confirmation window appears, confirming your entry. Rights required : Validate the project
Invalidate input	This button cancels the validation of the entry, to allow modifications to be made again, either on this screen or on the Summary of the project. A confirmation window appears, confirming the cancellation of the input validation. Rights required : Invalidate the project
Fold	Allows you to fold a table line: certain elements are not displayed (depending on the grouping selected)
Unfold	Unfold a table row: display certain elements (depending on the grouping selected)
Fold everything	This button folds all lines: projects and phases. 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of the budget evolution table, on the left.
Unfold all	This button unfolds all lines: projects and phases 🚩 This button can be accessed from the header line of the budget evolution table, on the left.
Other categories	Displays other categories of budget Catégories that have not been assigned to the project or one of its phases
Select to assign	Allows you to assign a budget to the project or to a phase directly (list of budgets, filter criteria and search appear in a pane on the left of the screen. 🚨It is not possible to assign a new budget to a phase at status completed. 🚩 This button is available for a project or a phase (grouped by phase)
Remove	This button is used to remove a budget from the phase/project, Rights required : No more assignments in the theme budget 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu . budget
See the history	This button allows you to view thehistory of modifications to entries on a budget : date, user, action, object, property, value Actions are sorted from the most recent date to the oldest. 🚩 This button is available via the contextual menu of a line budget

Reverse the axes	This button inverts the axes on the graph: period / planned for example.
Toggle X axis values	This button displays X-axis text rotated by 90°.
Export to Excel	This button exports the information displayed on the screen to an .xls file. The category selected and the period selected are similar to those found in the export. The data will appear in the form of a table of values. The file will be named `Graph_of_repartition_in_time_DATE.xls` or `Evolution_of_cumulus_over_time_DATE.xls` and will be downloaded directly
