Export project data

You can export your data for analysis, and possibly for use with a third-party tool.

1. Click on the Main menu.
2. Click on Administration > Data administration > Exports > Projects.
3. Enter the following information:
• Project Which projects to export?
• By public filter or private
• By criteria applied
• Snapshot (instantaneous capture of data at a given time)
• period (default: current month)
• Select the view suitable
4. Select export mode :
• CSV by email
• CSV
• Excel by email
• Excel

Depending on the delivery method chosen :

• Send by emailyou'll receive a file by e-mail. You can continue browsing the application without worrying about the export process.
• ExportYou must wait until execution is complete (the test pattern stops and disappears). The file will be added to the downloaded files.
