A project sheet is a sheet containing key elements of the project, in web, powerpoint or word format. You can create as many templates as you like, and a template is defined for each project. See "How to display the default project view".

L'accès rapide permet d'exécuter une fiche office dans le cas où celle-ci est paramétrée comme fiche par défaut du projet. Voir "Comment afficher l'affichage par défaut du projet ?"

In the project area, you can run the various forms available in your environment, and not just the one set by default.
- Accéder à votre espace projet.
- Click on contextual menu.
- Sélectionner le type de fiche à exécuter, ici
summary sheet document. - Select the project sheet corresponding to your needs
La liste des fiches disponibles s'affiche alors.
Dans le cas d'une fiche incluant un Gantt, une fenêtre pop-up s'affichera afin de valider l'affichage du Gantt. Il est possible de filtrer les phases ou jalons à afficher.
