A project sheet is a document containing key project information, in web, PowerPoint, or Word format. You can create as many template sheets as you like, and a template sheet is defined for each project.

A form can be executed in several ways within the application.
From the project list
A summary sheet must be defined for each project: Settings - Display tab.
From the project area
In the project area, you can run the various forms available in your environment, and not just the one set by default.
- Access your project area.
- Click on the
contextual menu.
- Select the type of plug to be executed, here summary sheet document.
- Select the project sheet corresponding to your needs.
The list of available records is then displayed.
In the case of a form including a Gantt, a pop-up window will appear to validate the display of the Gantt. You can then filter the phases or milestones to be displayed.

.docx or .pptx in your browser's downloads.
