Une fiche projet est une fiche reprenant des éléments clés du projet, sous format web, Powerpoint ou Word. Il est possible de créer autant de modèles de fiches que souhaité, et une fiche modèle est définie pour chaque projet.

A form can be executed in several ways within the application.

Une fiche de synthèse par défaut est à définir pour chaque projet : Settings - Display tab.
From the project area
In the project area, you can run the various forms available in your environment, and not just the one set by default.
- Access your project area.
- Click on the
contextual menu.
- Select the type of plug to be executed, here summary sheet document.
- Select the project sheet corresponding to your needs.
The list of available records is then displayed.
In the case of a form including a Gantt, a pop-up window will appear to validate the display of the Gantt. You can then filter the phases or milestones to be displayed.
The file is loaded in
.docx or .pptx in your browser's downloads.
