Each output is the result of your platform's settings.
Some reports may only be accessible to certain users.
The reports center is the theme that brings together the reports available in Project Monitor.
These reports are organized by library.
There are 50 types of report, divided into different themes: project, planning, resources, budgets...
There are web reports in various formats (bar charts, pie charts, etc.), as well as .xlsx
or .csv
.
They can be executed in several ways:
- from the project area
- from the reports center
- by subscription mail
- from favourites
A library is a grouping of reports. It can be named as you wish: by theme, by type of analysis... When a report is created, it must be added to one or more libraries.
An Office file is a file in Word (.docx) and Powerpoint (.pptx) office formats.
The model is created and requires extensive preparation and parameterization.
