Allocate one or more budgets to the project
- Go to theme
Budgets of your project.
- Click on
Summary.
- Click on Assign.
- Select the budget category budget, costs, revenues, etc.).
Select category
- Select an envelope if your project budget is based on envelope.

- Select the assignment phase or create a new phase if required.
Select one or more phase
- Select budget or search by filter criteria if required.
Select one or more budget
- Click on
Register.
The budget allocation pop-up window appears.
At this point, the budget overview is displayed with the new allocations, and the structure of your budget is complete.
Enter budget
- Enter amounts in the various displays.
Good to know:
- Representations whose values are underlined can be captured.
- Representations cannot be entered if the user does not have the appropriate rights or if they are calculated (or fed by financial documents, an interface, etc.).
- The lines

are calculated from the resource module of all non-underlined cells in the row bearing this symbol:
