You would now like to schedule your budget.

There are several scheduling strategies:

• Linear scheduling
• The scheduling manual
• Manual planning with linear distribution

Linear scheduling

Linear distributions are represented by cogwheel icons.

1. Accéder à un projet, puis onglet Budgets > schedule.
2. Saisir le planifié global.

Il est possible que le planifié soit déjà renseigné grâce la stratégie de recopie, toutefois il reste modifiable.
3. Choose distribution strategy (cogwheel or hand icon)
4. Select one of the linear strategies:
• Linear working days
• Linear calendar days

La répartition s'affiche automatiquement dans les périodes.

5. Click on Save.

The values will be automatically calculated for the scheduling periods.

The scheduling manual

Manual allocations are represented by hand-shaped icons.

1. Accéder à un projet, puis onglet Budgets > schedule.
2. Saisir le planifié global.

3. Choisir la stratégie de répartition (icône roue crantée ou main).

The cells below the periods are activated for entry.
4. Saisir les valeurs de chaque période.
5. Click on Save.

The values will be those you have entered in the periods. If you have partially distributed the planned, an additional column will be displayed: "difference".

Manual planning with linear distribution

This scheduling mode is a cross between scheduling automatic and scheduling manual.

En effet, sélectionner un mode de planification Manuelle - Linéaire permet d'initier une planification automatique dont les cellules restent actives afin que vous puissiez modifier les valeurs réparties.
