Your budgets have been structured and targets set.
Now you want to schedule your budget.
There are several scheduling strategies:
Linear scheduling
Linear distributions are represented by cogwheel icons.
- Go to a project, then tab
Budgets >
schedule.
- Enter global planned .
- Choose distribution strategy (cogwheel or hand icon)
- Select one of the linear strategies :
- Linear working days
- Linear calendar days
- Click on
Register.
It's possible that planned has already been filled in thanks to the recopy strategy, but it can still be modified.
The breakdown is automatically displayed in the periods.
Values will be automatically calculated for scheduling periods.
Manual scheduling
Manual allocations are represented by hand-shaped icons.
- Go to a project, then tab
Budgets >
schedule.
- Enter global planned .
- Choose distribution strategy (cogwheel or hand icon).
- Enter values for each period.
- Click on
Register.
It's possible that planned has already been filled in thanks to the recopy strategy, but it can still be modified.
The cells below the periods are activated for entry.
The values will be those you have entered in the periods. If you have partially distributed planned, an additional column will appear: "variance".
Manual planning with linear distribution
This scheduling mode is a mixture of automatic and manual scheduling .
Selecting a scheduling mode Manual - Linear
allows you to initiate an automatic scheduling whose cells remain active so that you can modify the distributed values.
