There are two ways to update a project schedule:
- From the schedule, with a list of phases and milestones and their properties
- From the gantt chart
Modifying schedule objects
This involves updating properties and dates directly from the list of phases and milestones.
Each property can be modified.
- Go to theme
Planning of a project. - Modify the
Wording. - Modify the Estimated date.
- Modify the status.
- Modify the Type.
- Click on
Register.
Modify schedule dates
It's easy to update the dates of project phases or milestones from within the Gantt. Only the dates can be modified.
- Go to theme Planning of a project.
- Click on the milestone or phase to be modified and drag to the desired date.
- Click on
The schedule is modified and the dates are updated automatically.
