Inserting a schedule using a template

Once your project has been created, it may have no schedule at all, or an incomplete schedule.

To modify your schedule, you can insert a schedule :

  • From the root phase
  • Since one phase the project

From the root phase

From the root phase of the schedule, or project phase , you can insert a schedule that has already been created in a projecttemplate .

  1. Access a project.
  2. Go to theme PlanningPlanning of the project.
  3. View the root phase phase projectphase )
  4. Click on the contextual menucontextual menu.
  5. Click on Insert.
  6. Select the desired project template .
  7. The project templates displayed in this list are those with the theme Planning activated.

  8. The project template schedule is well inserted.
  9. Click on RegisterRegister.
✅
The schedule (phases and milestones) previously created in a project template was successfully inserted into the schedule of another project.

Since one phase the project

From one of the project phases, it is possible to insert planning objects that have already been created in a phase or milestonetemplate .

  1. Access a project.
  2. Go to theme PlanningPlanning of the project.
  3. View the phase in which the milestone or phase will be inserted.
  4. Click on the contextual menucontextual menu.
  5. Click on Insert.
  6. Select the desired phase template or milestone template .
  7. The phase or milestone is well inserted.
  8. Click on RegisterRegister.
✅
The phase previously created in a phase template has been inserted into the schedule of another project. The milestone previously created in a milestone template has been inserted in the schedule of another project.
