Create a phase or milestone

Planning objects can be created in two ways: from scratch, or using an existing template :

  • Create a new milestone or phase without a template
  • Create a new milestone or phase using a template

Create a new milestone or phase without a template

  1. Go to theme PlanningPlanning of the project.
  2. Click on the Add.
  3. Click on No template phase or milestone).
  4. Enter the line that appears in the schedule.
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.
✅
The milestone phase is created.

Create a new milestone or phase using a template

  1. Go to theme PlanningPlanning of the project.
  2. Click on the Add.
  3. Click on the template of your choice, here "Investment Committee".

    4. A line is automatically added at the bottom of the schedule. The information entered is that of the template.

  4. Modify pre-entered data if necessary.
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.
✅
The milestone phase is created.
