You can synchronize your calendar with your project events.

One constraint: your calendar must be compatible with the ical format.

Event calendar synchronization Project Monitor is a two-stage process:

• Generate links
• Synchronize links in your calendar

Generate links

1. Click on the Main menu.
2. Click on My account > My profile.
3. Click on Users - Subscriptions tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to access the Calendar synchronization.
5. Optional: Set the filters you wish to apply to the calendar to be synchronized.
• Project filter
• Resource filter
6. Click on Generate URLS to generate ical links.

Links appear immediately.

7. Click on Register to validate changes.

Synchronize links in your calendar

To synchronize the links to your calendar, simply click on the URL link you wish to synchronize and let the pop-up guide you! This setting must be completed for each calendar to be synchronized.
