From template of task or without template

1. Accéder au thème Tasks the project
2. Click on + Ajouter.

The list of templates is then displayed.

At this stage, if no list is displayed, you either don't have template or you don't have access to it.
3. Cliquer sur le gabarit souhaité ou sur Without template.

The creation form is displayed with all the elements modeled by template, or with only the default mandatory elements if no template is selected.

4. Enter information required for creation: properties, members, attributes, etc.
5. Ajouter des champs supplémentaires si besoin.
6. Save, partager or appliquer les modifications des éléments en cours dans le formulaire de la tâche.

From a template project

It is possible to import tasks from a template project.

1. Accéder au thème Tasks du projet concerné.
2. Click on contextual menu.
3. Click on Insérer les tâches du gabarit.
4. Click on the desired project template .

Quick list creation lets you make a list of tasks without going into detail.

1. Access your project or platform task list.
2. Click on + Ajouter.
3. Select Ajout rapide.

A new line appears in the task list.

4. Fill in the fields.
5. Save.

Quick creation from a Kanban board

1. Access your project or platform task list.
2. Cliquer sur le + en haut de la colonne.
3. Renseigner les champs disponibles.

Tasks added but not saved appear in italics.

4. Save.
