exchange filters can be used :
- on a project's exchange list,
- on the platform's exchange list (multiproject),
- during a trade export.
Filters can be private (just for your use) or public (all or part of your organization can use them).
Create and modify anexchange public filter
- Click on the
Main menu >
Administration.
- In the User settingsclick on
Public filters
>exchange
- Click on
Add.
- Fill in the fields :
- Visit
Wording is mandatory (as well as the wording in another language if the multilingual option is activated on your platform).
- You can select attachments within your organization that will be able to use this filter.
- The
Staticto select the exchanges concerned one by one.
- Several criteria can be used and combined (
Status,
Type...).
- Click on
Register.
The exchange filter creation window appears.
Theexchange public filter is now created, and can be used by members of your organization, according to the filter's attachments.
To modify it, simply click on it in the list ofexchange public filters, modify the desired fields and save.

- Click on
Add.
- Fill in the fields :
