Comment on an exchange

Prerequisite: if a user has the right to add comments on tasks, then he/she will be able to comment on exchanges.

The theme Exchanges is used to record all exchanges between project contributors.

It is therefore necessary to be able to initiate a dialogue within the theme and to allow responses to the various messages.

Responses to exchanges take the form of comments.

Access theexchange from the application (via a search, via the list of project exchanges or via the list of multi-project exchanges).
Fill in the field Comment.

Tag a user directly in a comment using the @ symbol to automatically send them an e-mail informing them of your mention. Your user will appear in pink, and other users in blue.

Some users may not be included in the list because they have this setting in their profile: Users - ‣

Click on Add.

The response to theexchange is saved as a new comment. It will then be possible to modify or delete this comment.
