A document can be added in several ways:
- From the list of project documents
- From the document container
From the list of project documents
- Go to the relevant project.
- Click on the theme
documents. - Click on
Add.
- Add the file by drag-and-drop from your file explorer.
- Click on Add a file.
- If required,
Edit the file to add a description or version. - In the event of an error, it is possible to
Delete the file.
- Add another attachment to the project by clicking on
+. - Click on
Register.
A window for adding the attachment appears. Several actions are now possible:
The documents are then displayed in this list of project documents.
From the document container
A document can be loaded in several places in the project: attribute, task, exchange, milestone, phase...
Let's take the example of theattribute :
- Go to the relevant project.
- Click on
Project forms and on the desired form and view thedocument attribute concerned. - Add the file by drag-and-drop from your file explorer.
- Click on Add a file.
- If required, Edit the file to add a description or version.
- In the event of an error, it is possible to
- Add another attachment to the project by clicking on
+. - Click on
When you hover over thedocumentattribute , several actions are possible:
The document will be accessible from the form and in the list of project documents under theattribute container.
