Prior to an arbitration committee meeting, this AI process enables an PMO to verify that the submitted claims are properly completed for arbitration, detect inconsistencies among the entered fields, and then generate a consolidated re view by business unit or recipient entity.
Example
A request with a clearly defined scope and quantified benefits. For example, "Migration of the Finance ERP system to the cloud," with a specific scope of what is included and excluded and benefits ranging fr estimated to 180 K€/year, will be deemed ✅ Eligible for approval.
Conversely, an application submitted with only a brief description, without any information provided regarding priority, cost, or deadline , will be deemed ⛔ Not admissible. For example, an idea submitted before it has been qualified will be deemed ⛔ Not admissible.

Instructions for use
Rights required :
- In
Project Monitorclick on 
Administration > Data administration > Exports>
Projects. - Filter by the desired requests (for example: all requests awaiting arbitration).
- Specify the desired period .
- Select the view
Project data export (or an equivalent " view " value) in the " view" field.
- Click on
Export to Excel. - Prepare the export of requests based on the settings currently in place on your platform. Your export must allow you to evaluate each request based on four categories:
- Scope: What does this entail? Nature, subject matter, scope of the request, etc.
- Value: What does it offer? Priority, expected benefit, and justification, etc.
- Cost: What does it consume? Load, effort, budget estimated , etc.
- deadline : When? Desired date, deadline, scheduling constraints, etc.
- Copy the following prompt 1 in its entirety into your dedicated AI tool.
