This page provides two prompts for your Word or PowerPoint summary slides in Project Monitor : Retrieve the code to insert for a specific element (attribute, structure, resource, budget, etc.), or generate a complete template based on your brand guidelines.
Compatibility
Prompts tested with: Claude (Opus 4.8), Mistral Le Chat (Reflection mode).
Other AI engines may also be compatible.

Prompt 1: Code for a specific element
This prompt allows you to use an AI engine to obtain the exact code to insert into your summary sheet template (Word or PowerPoint) to display a attribute, a structure, a resource, a budget, etc. Simply specify the format of your form and the code for the relevant element: the assistant uses the documentation from the knowledge center to return the value to be inserted.
Instructions for use
- Start a conversation in your dedicated AI tool.
- Copy the prompt below. Keep the format of your file (“Word” or “PowerPoint”) and the type of item in question (attribute, structure, resource, budget, etc.), then delete any unnecessary information.
- Fill out the “My Request” section with the details you want to report, being as specific as possible.
- Send the prompt and retrieve the returned code to insert into your template.

My request:
I would like to display the following URLs in my Word/PowerPoint summary sheet : attribute/structure/ressource/budget, which have the following codes:
What do I need to insert into my template to make them appear?Example of result:
Pour ATT_METEO et ATT_PRIORITE — ce sont des attributs simples. Vous insérez juste le code entre accolades, dans une zone de texte ou une cellule de tableau : ${ATT_METEO}, ${ATT_PRIORITE}.
For target Budget and committed Budget — this is budget data, so it uses a population key. You need to insert a table into the model and use the $CATEGORIE_BUDGET key.PHASE.BUDGET.VALUE{REPRESENTATION}, and replace REPRESENTATION with REP_CIBLE for target and REP_ENGAGE forcommitted.
Prompt 2: Generate a complete model
This process allows a business PMO r or functional administrator to create a project summary sheet template in PowerPoint or Word format, ready to be used in Project Monitor. You provide two items: your brand guidelines (in PPT or Word format) and a list of the desired elements along with their codes as configured on your platform (attributes, hierarchies, roles). The AI tool generates a .pptx or .docx template from this information, which you can then simply import into
Project Monitor.
This prompt generates a PowerPoint or Word file: therefore, you need an AI tool capable of generating and exporting a .pptx or .docx file, not just text.
Instructions for use
Prepare the two files to feed into the AI tool:
- Your reference web document : the one that follows the desired design guidelines (colors, font, logo, layout).
- A document that lists the codes for your platform (attributes, hierarchies, roles, categories, etc.) and the elements to include in your profile. You can use the Generating Summary Sheets - Prompt 1: Code for a Specific Element or exports of
Project Monitor.
- Copy the entire prompt below into your AI tool.
- Add both files to the conversation.
- Start the generation.
- Download the PowerPoint or Word file.
- Import the template into
Project Monitor.
