By default, a resource has the calendar configured on the platform.
It is possible to declare days not worked in the calendar specific to the named resource.
The declaration of a resource calendar is necessary in particular to declare part-time work.
- Click on the
Main menu >
Administration.
- In the
Resources - Capacities and costs tab >
Resource settings
click on the mapÂResources.
- Click on the resource to be modified.
- Click on
Resources - Calendar tab.
The list of platform resources is displayed.
There are two ways to create rules for days not worked or worked:
Days not worked are displayed in orange in the calendar, and days worked in blue.
If days have no color, they are considered as worked. A rule can be defined for a specific year or for all years.
- Create a rule (for a specific day, a day of the week, a holiday...).
- Click on a day in the calendar to define it as a day not worked or worked.
- It is possible to view the total of all calendars (the platform calendar + the resource calendar).
- Click on
Register.
The declaration in the calendar automatically and immediately updates resource capacities for future periods.
Adding a day retroactively does not update capacities; you will need to run the calculation on the period in
Resources - Capacities and costs tab.
