Define a resource calendar

Define a resource calendar

By default, a resource has the calendar configured on the platform.

It is possible to declare days not worked in the calendar specific to the named resource.

The declaration of a resource calendar is necessary in particular to declare part-time work.

  1. Click on the Main menuMain menu > AdministrationAdministration.
  2. In the Resources - Capacities and costs tab Resources - Capacities and costs tab > Resource settingsclick on the map ResourcesResources.
  3. The list of platform resources is displayed.

  4. Click on the resource to be modified.
  5. Click onResources - Calendar tabResources - Calendar tab.

There are two ways to create rules for days not worked or worked:

đź’ˇ
Days not worked are displayed in orange in the calendar, and days worked in blue. If days have no color, they are considered as worked. A rule can be defined for a specific year or for all years.
  1. Create a rule (for a specific day, a day of the week, a holiday...).
  2. AND/OR Click on a day in the calendar to define it as a day not worked or worked.
  3. It is possible to view the total of all calendars (the platform calendar + the resource calendar).
  4. Click on RegisterRegister.
âś…
The declaration in the calendar automatically and immediately updates resource capacities for future periods.
đźš©
Adding a day retroactively does not update capacities; you will need to run the calculation on the period in Resources - Capacities and costs tab Resources - Capacities and costs tab .
