Reports already created on the platform can be run and assigned within the project space.

List of project reports

Click on the report label to run it (web window or downloaded file)

The report label and theme appear. Reports are imported into the project space with the report library to which they belong.

According to the reports, data consultation rights will be required (depending on the theme) at the time of execution.

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of reports can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on RegisterRegister to apply the filter and CloseClose to return to the list.

Fold everything

This button allows you to fold all break lines: this corresponds to the report libraries.

Unfold all

This button allows you to expand all break lines: this corresponds to the report libraries.

FoldFold

Allows you to fold a break line break this corresponds to report libraries.

UnfoldUnfold

Allows you to expand a break line break this corresponds to report libraries.

Remove project report

This button is used to remove a report already assigned to the project.

Assign

This button is used to assign a report already created on the platform but not added to the project.

Run

Clicking on the report label will run it.

Consolidation with children's projects

If enabled, project data will be consolidated: parent project and child project.
