Project area reports

Reports already created on the platform can be run and assigned within the project space.

Click on the report label to run it (web window or downloaded file)

The report label and theme appear. Reports are imported into the project space with the report library to which they belong.

According to the reports, data consultation rights will be required (depending on the theme) at the time of execution.

This list of reports can be filtered using several criteria:

Click on Register to apply the filter and Close to return to the list.

Name	Description
Run report	Click on the report label to run it. 🚦 Depending on the report selected, a window opens on execution: selection of the category and one or more representation(s).
Folding a level	Folds a break linelibrary)
Unfold a level	Unfolds a break linelibrary)
Fold everything	This button folds all break lineslibrary
Unfold all	This button unfolds all break lineslibrary
Fold	Folds a break linelibrary)
Unfold	Unfolds a break linelibrary)
Consolidation with children's projects	If enabled, project data will be consolidated: father project and child project. 🚦This button only appears if another project is dependent on the selected project.
Assign	This button is used to assign a report already created on the platform but not added to the project. Rights required : Assign a report to the project
Remove project report	This button is used to remove a report already assigned to the project. Rights required : Remove a report from the project
