Financial monitoring screen

This screen displays all representations divided by period.

Modifications cannot be made in this screen: consultation only.

If a financial document type financial document set to representation completed and that the budget parameter structure budget in mode financial document entry detail, then it will not be possible to edit the representation completed.

Other attributes can be displayed in this screen. To display an attribute this screen:

  1. Add a attribute . Project - Creating and modifying a attributeProject - Creating and modifying a attribute
  2. In this attribute, define themetheme as Budget.
  3. Add this attribute to a project form ViewsViews > formform.
  4. Add this form the project if it is not already there. Settings - Display tabSettings - Display tab >FormsForms.
  5. Enter a value for this attribute the form or leave the default value).

Theattribute is then added to all budget screens for this project if it has a specific value, and to all projects where this form is added if it uses a default value.

Once it has a value, this attribute be removed from form will continue to appear in the theme. Budget.

Display

FoldFold

Add a financial document

This button appears if:

This button allows you to add a financial document an item justifying an expense. See

It will be possible to select a type of financial document accessing the form .

Validate entry

Data and monitoring

ExportExport

This button is used to export budget monitoring data: a file with the title EXPORT-DATE.xlsx will be downloaded directly.

This file contains the same data as on the screen (same representations).

This button is available in the contextual menucontextual menu of the screen.

SeehistorySeehistory

This button allows you to viewhistory changes made to a budget entry budget date, user, action, object, property, value, etc.

Stocks are sorted from the most recent to the oldest date.

This button is available in the contextual menucontextual menu a budget.

Reports can be run from this screen using this button. The following reports are available:
