Enter the target

1. Access a project.
2. Click on the Resourcesthen on schedule or Summary.
3. Enter the " target " workload of your resources on a project in the column target.

You can view various data at target :

1. Total resource load on project
2. Total resource load for phase
3. Enter target load for resource

Reassign target

Through a specific project

1. Access a project.
2. Click on the Resourcesthen on schedule or Summary.
3. Choose a resource that contains data target on the project or on a phase.
4. Click on the contextual menu of this resource, then on Reassign target.
5. Select one or more resources from the list. You can select resources already assigned to the project or choose one of the resources available on the platform.
6. Click on Register.

The “source” resource will therefore no longer have any target. The selected resources will take on this load. The target is distributed equally among the selected resources.

Via the capacity plan

1. Click on the Main menu > Resource management > Capacity Plan.
2. Modify capacity plan display criteria (resources, projects, period, assignments with or without remaining work and completed).
3. Click on View.
4. Unfold resources, projects and phases as required.
5. Click on the contextual menu a resource or an phase.
6. Click on Reassign target.

7. Select one or more resources from the list. Only resources with availability are displayed here.

8. Click on Register.
