Set the target load target reassign it

Click on the Resourcesthen on schedule or Summary.

Access a project.
Click on the Resourcesthen on schedule or Summary.
Choisir une ressource qui a de la donnée target on the project or on a phase.
Click on the contextual menu of this resource, then on Reassign target.
Sélectionner une ou plusieurs ressources dans la liste. Il est possible de sélectionner des ressources déjà présentes sur le projet ou de choisir l’une des ressources de la plateforme.
Click on Register.

La ressource “source” n’aura donc plus de cible. Les ressources sélectionnées vont récupérer cette charge. La cible est répartie à parts égales entre les ressources sélectionnées.

Via the capacity plan

Click on the Main menu > Resource management > Capacity Plan.
Modify capacity plan display criteria (resources, projects, period, assignments with or without remaining work and completed).
Click on View.
Unfold resources, projects and phases as required.
Click on the contextual menu d’une ressource ou d’une phase.
Click on Reassign target.

Select one or more resources from the list. Only resources with availability are displayed here.

Click on Register.
