Description
🚩This button appears at contextual menu on the resource modification screen.
This button calculates the capacity of the resource, based on the resource calendar and 
Percentage of activity completed.
A window appears and the Start capacity calculation from this date is filled in with the date from which capacities will be updated (new activity percentage, changes to the resource schedule)
