This button displays all the notes entered for an entire month 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu on the activity entry sheet.

🚩 It is possible to set a for this screen : timesheet. This view can be set up with a break on a attribute project or a project property.

It is possible to return to the list of resources Resources via the left-hand pane.

Button name	Description
schedule by the day	This button redirects you to the schedule tab for the day () of the resource for the selected week. 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu on the activity entry sheet.
schedule	This button redirects to the tab schedule () tab of the resource for the selected week. 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu on the activity entry sheet.
Print	This button can be used to print what is displayed on the screen. A print settings window appears. 🚩 This button is available at contextual menu on the activity entry sheet.

Field name	Functional information
Project	This field lists the projects for which the resource is allocated.
Phase	This field lists the phases for which the resource is assigned.
Day	A day appears if a note has been added for that day for a phase/project.
Value	La valeur correspond au saisi sur la phase/projet
Note	This field shows the note added to the timesheet sheet (week) (resource name and message)
