Update a risk

Update a risk

  1. Go to project > RisksRisks > SummarySummary.
  2. Update the GravityGravity (very high, medium, low...).
  3. Update the ProbabilityProbability (important, very weak...).
    4. 🚩
    risk criticality is updated automatically, based on severity and probability. The cockpit is also automatically updated according to criticality.
  4. Optional : Add a task since contextual menucontextual menu of the risk to deal with the risk and hold someone accountable.
    5. 🚩
    The treatment plan for each risk allows you to track the progress of tasks related to these risks. If no task has been created for the risk, then "0" is displayed to the right of the processing plan . Otherwise, you may see, for example : 1/1 1 task has been created and added to this risk 0/3 3 tasks have been created in connection with this risk , but none has yet been completed.
  5. Click on RegisterRegister.
