Main menuthen on
Portfolios. - Click on Add on the portfolios page.
- Enter your portfolio identification information.
- Select the
dashboard template and the Slideshow template associated with the portfolio. - Select the Project reports and Planning report to associate with the portfolio.
- Attach the portfolio to a hierarchical level.
- Enter portfolio attributes.
- Select portfolio projects :
- either staticSelect the projects from the list. This list will not change unless you modify it manually. Static
- or by applying a criterion dynamicsIn other words, the list of projects included in the portfolio will change according to the criteria. Criteria
- Optional : View projects that meet the criteria.
- Click on
Register the portfolio.
The portfolio will immediately appear in the portfolio list, and data will be consolidated at portfolio level.
