Visit drift
drift is the difference between the target schedule and the estimated schedule (update of achievable dates).
Pour visualiser cette dérive, cliquer sur l’icône Dérive (1)
Schedule items will then be displayed in color for their estimated dates (2) and grayed out for their target dates (3).
Si le planning est affiché initialement en dates cibles alors la dérive affichera les dates estimées en grisées.
Visit critical path
Le chemin critique s’affiche en activant le bouton critical path.
All elements involving a modification of the project end date in the case of a scheduling respecting all constraints are highlighted in red shadow.
Here we can see that the phase closing date is risk in relation to the project end date.
In fact, once the dependencies have been rescheduled, the project end date will be pushed back.
