Notification
Notifications make it easier to collaborate in 
Project Monitorand be alerted by your colleagues to tasks, exchanges and comments.
There are several types of notification: directly in the application (push notification), in the Notification centerand by e-mail.
Activate or deactivate notifications
- Click on the
Main menu.
- Click on

My account. - Click on My notifications.
- In the
Global preferencesYou can activate or deactivate notifications in general: how would you like to be notified ? - Click on
Allow push notifications so that every notification appears instantly on the screen. - Click on E-mail notification so that each notification is also received by e-mail.
- Click on Notification in the application so that each notification appears in the application's notification center, in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
You can disable all notification modes, or enable all of them. It's up to you!
No rights are required to modify notifications.
Notification settings are user-specific.
By default, e-mail notifications are disabled.
- In the
Advanced preferencesYou can activate or deactivate certain types of notifications: for which action do you wish to be notified ? - Choose
E-mailand/orNotification center
For example, as soon as someone assigns you to a task, you'll receive a notification. | For example, as soon as someone mentions you in an exchange or task, you'll receive a notification. | For example, as soon as someone mentions you in the message an exchange or task (body text), you'll receive a notification. |
