The task list, whether in project or multi-project mode, is managed by a view. It is possible to manage what is visible in the list.

There is no limit to the number of tasks displayed.

Here are the possible actions on the list:

1. Filter via a task filter (private or public)
2. Filter via a project filter (private or public)
3. Filter by other unit criteria
4. Sort one of the list columns
5. Change view : change display to another list or Kanban board
6. Unfold a break (if the view is set as such)
7. Quickly update information on one or more tasks

You will need to configure the view in Kanban Task Board mode. Each task represented by a card, and its content is controlled by the view. To display it, go to the Main menu > Administration > Model settings >Views > List of tasks
