Validation workflows can be configured in Project Monitor. To do this, an add-on must be activated.

The file containing the workflow code, which is loaded into Project Monitor must have a .bpmn extension

By clicking on the number (in blue) in the Workflowsto view workflow tasks in progress.

Button name	Description
Delete workflow version	This button is used to delete a workflow instance. 🚨Deleting a task associated with a workflow in progress is not possible. If a user attempts to delete such a task, the following message warns him: `Please cancel the current workflow before deleting the XXX task .`

To add a workflow process, simply add the file in question and click on Register.

Multiple workflows can be loaded, and multiple versions of these workflows can be loaded parameter processes evolve.
