Workflow representation a sequence of tasks or operations assigned to a person or group of people by moving from one step to another

Validation workflows can be configured in Project Monitor. To do this, an add-on must be activated.

The file containing the workflow code, which is loaded into Project Monitor must have a .bpmn extension

Rights required : Redeploy a process on the platform

This button is used to sort :

in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

By clicking on the number (in blue) in the WorkflowsYou can view current workflow tasks.

This button is used to delete a workflow instance.

🚨

It is not possible to delete a task associated with a workflow in progress.

If a user attempts to delete such a task, the following message is displayed: Please cancel the current workflow before deleting the XXX task .

To add a workflow process, simply add the file in question and click on Register.

Multiple workflows can be loaded, and multiple versions of these workflows can be loaded parameter processes evolve.
