Perimeter The scope defines characteristics that restrict the choice of : - subjects - dates - hierarchies... The scope will be used to produce a snapshot PerimetersPerimeters A snapshot allows you to take a "photo" of data to remember what happened at a specific moment in time. PerimetersPerimeters. The scope lets you choose the types of data for which you want to launch a snapshot.

For example, I define my perimeter on the following representations target and estimated for theBudget theme . I'll be able to launch my snapshot by adding projects via a filter or by selecting All projects. I'll then be able to visualize the values of these representations for my projects for a given date, and compare them with the values for another date.

It is this perimeter that defines the information saved in the snapshot. The snapshot saves the values of certain representations at a given time.

We can have a filter All projects or a filter that works with criteria.

This button makes it easy to find the items you're looking for. You can use an already saved filter (private or public) or specify specific filter criteria.

Once selected, a filter remains active until deselected by the user. When logged out, if a filter was active at logout, it will still be active the next time the user logs in.

This list of perimeters can be filtered using a single filter criterion:

Click on RegisterRegister to apply the filter and CloseClose to return to the list.

SortSort

This button is used to sort :

  • in ascending order on first click (down arrow)
  • in descending order on second click (arrow up) A third click on this button removes the sorting.

Sorting is performed on the header of a list in the application: list of views, users, projects, etc.

Add

Allows you to add a perimeter.

This screen is used to define the data used by the snapshot: representations, attributes, etc.

It is possible to modify a perimeter. However, when snapshots are created using this perimeter, this risk modifying the criteria of the snapshot already in use. A banner will appear to indicate this.
