• Exporting phases and milestones

You can select a private project filter or a public project filter, select projects from the project list, or select filter criteria.

Allows you to select a start date and end date for period when exporting data, or to select predefined periods: - Active month - Current year - Last 12 months - next 12 months If a period is set via the calendar, you must Confirm selecting the period

If true, then the period will period be selected manually or using predefined options, but based on the start and end dates of the selected projects (static selection, saved filter, or filter criteria). The dates chosen will be the furthest apart. Example: I have two projects (found via filters) that start in May 2020 and end in December 2020, and one project that starts in January 2019 and ends in June 2020. The period then period from January 2019 to December 2020.

If this box is checked, when this export file is sent by e-mail, it will be compressed.

It is possible to select a view that will determine the content of exported elements. The view type used in this screen is Export planning data
