Start capacity calculation

🚩This button appears at contextual menu on the resource modification screen. This button calculates the capacity of the resource, based on the resource calendar and Percentage of activity completed. This allows you to change past resource capacities. A window appears and the Start capacity calculation from this date is to be filled in with the date from which capacities will be updated (new percentage of activity, changes to the resource schedule)
