Description

This button is grayed out when the project assigned to the financial document does not have theBudget theme activated, or when no project or phase has been assigned: no budget is included in the list. A pop-up window appears.

Window for assigning a new budget to a financial document

Field name	Functional information
Select category	Thebudget category can already be associated with the financial document.
	It is possible to select one or more budgets, corresponding to the chosen category , which can be allocated to the phase of the financial document.

💡 By clicking on More criteria, this window appears. It will be possible to view previously selected and unselected budgets again, and to find the right budgets via filter criteria.

These filter criteria are : - Type - That assets - Analytical axis - Attachments - Generic Budget

Click on Register to validate the allocation of the new budget(s) to the financial document, or on Cancel
